So, what has been happening. A lot, personally, has been happening, With running, not as much. Since 5 Peaks Devon a month ago I managed 7 runs, a couple of 5k and the longest 19k. I trying to maintain 2 runs a week and work on 3 runs, and work the stair machine and quads once a week. Aches and pains are normal, back issues slowly disappearing. It is more an issue of lack of will to go out and do it. I have time to train for Sinister, and I don’t know if I will do a race before that. I will concentrate on training, but if I have the itch I will sign up and race. Registration for Sinister is Dec 1.
